I am a first time home buyer. She never picked houses for me. She just sent a large list of homes to choose from. I found a house. I was told that I needed to get a home inspection prior to going to closing. My mind was telling me to google one on my own but she insisted a company that she had been using. So I trusted her. Wrong! I asked them about a crack in a beam that I noticed. They said it was cosmetic. 3 years later. It’s structural damage. Actually it was a failing beam and it started breaking away since I moved in. I can’t reach her. I texted her she never responded. I suggest getting your own home inspectors and beware of being sold a money pit. Who knows the credibility of this company she recommended. It could be her nephews for all I know .
