Contrary to popular opinion, I haven't always been a Realtor. I was born in New Haven Connecticut and grew up near Long Island Sound in a wonderful family with 2 brothers and a sister. My teen years were marked by two major events ... I was such a trouble raiser that my father turned me over to the Navy as a last resort. And ... I met and fell in love with my High School Sweetheart ... Jan.
Within a few months of turning 21, I married Jan, went on active duty in the Navy and moved away from Connecticut never to live there again. To make a long story short ... Things worked out so well in the Navy that I stayed on ... Saw the world ... Raised a family of 2 sons and a daughter ... And moved to Reston in the mid-70's!
My children have all chosen to live nearby ... And now own their own Northern Virginia homes ... They've made me a very proud Grandfather of seven wonderful girls ...
