WORST OF THE WORST. He cold called me demanding a listing for a property that was not for sale, harassed me that he's coming over right now with people , intimidated me when I repeatedly said no, and was demeaning and insulting. He then called our child's cell and hassled them about the house (our child freaked out) . HORRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL, condescending, demanding - and calling somebody's kid and hassling them - horrific. Completely unprofessional in every way. Absolutely not recommended. Do you want him hassling your kid??????

Randy, we wish that we could give you negative stars! Improve? Start being honest and fair! Randy, as you are aware, I have written to you repeatedly asking that you return the ill-gained monies that you took from us when you increased your commission on the sale of our Mill Valley home the day before close of escrow without disclosing it to us. Now the time has almost run out to rectify this wrong legally or by regulation. If you do not respond by January 24, 2023, we will have no choice but to move forward to correct this situation. As you are aware, there are dire consequences for being untruthful and dishonest. Having been governed by the Canons of Ethics of the American Bar Association for many years, I know what repercussions can afall wrongful acts and transgressions.
