Amazing realtor! I met Ricardo when he was helping my mom sell her house about a year ago. He did such an amazing job really made sure that we got the most for her home. He made sure to walk us through the whole process, including what should be fixed or changed to sell the home, and the staging. I knew if I was to buy or sell my home I was going to work with him. So, I did! Our family needed a bigger home so we decided to buy and sell. We knew it was going to be difficult because we have kids, but he sure did make the process easy. We had an offer for our home on the 1st pre-open house.... that was crazy! We also ended up finding a home which he made sure every inspection and safety issue was covered before we purchased, which meant a lot because of our kids. Everything fell into place. I have already recommended friends / family to him and will definitely not use any other realtor. Our family considers Ricardo a friend, not just our realtor!!!
