Putting my house up for sale was a long and emotional process for me. I first had to work within myself to gather the strength to let go of the past and try to move forward with my life. It was very difficult to let go of the memories that laid within the walls of a home I loved for almost 35 years. Memories of many happy family and friend events and milestone moments. I don't think I could have gone through this process if it wasn't for the hand-holding I received from Phyllis and Rick Guthrie .Not only did they make things easy for me to understand but were also very upfront about what was going on throughout the process so I was never "surprised" by anything. We met Phyllis and Rick at a community event. We were immediately drawn to their bubbly personality and scheduled a meeting with Them. Phyllis and Rick showed up on time, booklet in hand that showed us comps, suggested selling price and cost breakdown of fees.
