Ryan originally helped us find a property for lease but was ready to jump in and help us find a home when we were ready to buy. He's extremely responsive and we appreciated that he was always honest with his feedback. We could always count on him to be very thorough on his follow-up and follow through. He also referred us to a great mortgage company that offered an all in one solution and remained lock in step with them throughout the process. Christian went above and beyond to sell my house in record time. I was so impressed with the level of service he provided. I can't recommend the Robert Mack Group enough, they somehow made the entire process of buying and selling a house easy! Every single step outlined below of working with Robert and his group greatly exceeded expectations, which is why I can only give no less than 5 stars. The Interview: We interviewed many realtors before Robert, they were all unsure of themselves and far too eager to make a quick sale. Robert came in clear, concise, and with a strategy that made sense. Selling (Pre-Market): Once we decided to go with Robert's team, they went straight to work. We came up with a great pricing strategy that put mine and my wife's best interests first. An interior decorator was brought in to give tips on how to properly stage the house, even giving us advice on how we could DIY a lot of it to avoid staging costs. For advertising they used their arsenal of networking tools, captured beautiful professional pictures, and even made an incredible 3D rendering of the property to give prospective buyers a virtual tour! Selling (On the Market): An extreme benefit of the Robert Mack Group is well... the Group. His team was extremely helpful with stepping in and fielding open houses, private showings, and letting us know what was going on through the entire process. BIG shout-out to Kristy for pretty much holding our hands through the whole thing (buying side as well). The mass amounts of foot traffic and buzz our place generated concluded with us selling our place FAR above what we expected. The other realtors that we interviewed told us we were dreaming trying to sell for what we did, Robert made it a reality and then some. Buying: Robert was extremely proactive and showed an incredible amount of urgency in putting our name at the top of the list when there were properties we were interested in. He was able to not only have the seller cancel their open house, but accept our offer BELOW asking price. Either Robert is a witch-doctor or he's just really good at his job. With all that said, go with the Robert Mack Group if you want a professional experience with professional results. Don't risk going with an amateur and leaving heaps of money on the table.

I am a first time home buyer and honestly it was one of the most stressful purchase I had made in my life! I was going through a roller coaster of emotions with anxiety and a lot of STRESS ! But Mr. Christian was very reassuring and persistent through the whole process. He is very informative and explained things well. I felt like I was asking a lot of questions and some were repetitive but christian just answered them ALL and in great detail to where I understand whats actually going on. I have sold a home before but my experience with Robert was awesome. That's the only word I can think of. My first open house to the close of escrow was 33 days, something that I had never heard of. Nor expected of my own home, but with RMG, and Robert at the helm and Tania right beside him, I had the best time at one of the most stressful time of a person's life. He negotiated the best offer for me. I moved out of the area, however, if and when I come back, I will for sure contact them to help me out.

Robert and I met while on the board of our HOA. When I decided to sell, Robert was my go to! He had just sold a smaller unit within the tract for all cash and above the list price. We staged the property and Robert and team hosted a party (open house) that drew over 100 visitors (marketing skills) and we had multiple offers within a week. The team was amazing to work with throughout the escrow process and made everything as easy as possible.

Ryan was very helpful for myself as a first time buyer. I spent several weekends in a row looking at homes and he was very good at lining up the listings and doings lots of the grunt work to look up details and uncertainties about a property so that I could be focused and informed. In particular solar panels on a home can be complicated, especially as lots of homeowners have fallen into a poorly written contract for a solar lease that effectively ends up with them signing away the rights to their roof off to a company who may be negligent and harmful to your roof. He was available within minutes at nearly all times of the day, and was patient as multiple offers ended up falling through. On the home I ended up buying he was good at lining up the inspections and recommending local companies, and was able to get me a second opinion from another termite inspector for free. Once the home closed he continued to be available and helped me get in contact with my home warranty service over a claim. His comps were helpful in making the offer, and we ended up buying my property slightly below listing price and the appraisal came in spot on. The market in Orange County can be a bit hard to navigate as a buyer at times, there is lots of demand and it's hard to be competitive without overbidding. I think he was okay at this but I'm sure it will improve in time.

After the purchase of my house with the help of Robert (which was a highly satisfactory experience and I commented in a separate review), I have been entrusting all the lease and management of this house to Robert and his team for years. My experience of working with Robert is always very smooth and efficient. Robert is very familiar with the local market, and is always able to give best advices with market insights. He responds to my questions and requests promptly and tries his best to help out. Robert has a whole team to support him, which makes things much easier from the perspective of either a home-buyer or a home-owner. His executive assistant Lauren quickly responds and coordinates with contractors to handle house-related work. His professional photographer prepares high quality pictures that really help the sales and lease. While I'm considering buying the next investment house, Robert is also a good source of recommendations of mortgage lenders he is working with; though I'm still struggling because of my own mortgage qualification issues, the mortgage lender recommended by Robert is very responsive and patient explaining everything in details. I highly recommend Robert to anyone seeking a great agent for long-term all-around real estate services. You'll reallly have a peace of mind when you know Robert is there to help you with all real estate issues.

During the process of selling my condo, I always felt like a top priority for Robert. He responded quickly to calls, texts, and emails. Robert knows the local market inside-and-out, and his advice was always right on the mark. I needed recommendations to repair, paint, re-carpet, and stage the unit, and Robert provided excellent referrals for each task. After Robert and Tania helped us find and buy our home in Anaheim Hills, we contacted them to see if they would be interested in helping my husband's mom sell her unit in Laguna Woods. Right out of the gate, he was eager to learn the ins and outs of what it took to work as an agent inside this community, and since he has such a wonderful personality, he was able to work flawlessly with the buyers agent and the only escrow company that is allowed to deal with Laguna Woods properties. Once again, everything went very smooth and escrow closed on the very day we were told it would! As well, and questions we had, Robert answered them very quickly, as we never waited longer than 24 hours for him to respond either via a phone call, text, or email. Seriously...Based on all the positive reviews I read I decided to give Robert a call and I was not disappointed. I live in another state and had to sell a home in California. He walked us through the entire process, step-by-step, answered all our questions before he was even hired and found us another agent for a different location for another home we have to sell. Going above and beyond doesn't begin to describe his work ethic. FYI...he sold our home in under a week! I only give credit where credit is due. I was recommended Robert/Tania through a friend and I had a much different experience than him. I think they're really nice people and they're very responsive, but, in my opinion, they lack in the area that's one of the most important to me which is being proactive. We hired a full time real estate agent because we don't have the time to research all the areas, look at all the homes and et cetera, so, when we ask an agent to please research specifics areas for school rankings and she tells us to go to Zillow, well, then... what use are you for us? I think they're probably good agents, there's a lot of review out there that back it up, and maybe they specialize in other things like negotiating a home, or selling a home or et cetera but if I can't even get out of the starting block and get some help, well, you see the impasse? I don't want to discourage anyone from using them, I think they're fine people and probably very good agents in a lot of other areas, but, for me, I think they're just too reactive and not proactive enough. I do wish them the best of luck however in all their endeavors.

UNBIASED: It's very common for couples to disagree on requirements when buying a house. So of course there were some husband/wife battles (location, age of the house, etc.). Rob and Tania took the time to fully understand our differences and offer us a selection of houses that could meet BOTH of our needs. They were great mediators (or therapists) while not getting in the middle. PATIENCE: There were a few houses that unfortunately fell through during our house search. Rob and Tania were extremely patient, positive, and supportiveessential for first-time home buyers. They were always giving us words of encouragement and reassurance that everything would work out in the endand it certainly did! ASSERTIVENESS: Your agent should ALWAYS have your best interest in mind and be capable of coordinating with all of the parties involved (selling agent, inspection, appraisal, lender, escrow, etc.). Rob has the perfect balance of professionalism and assertiveness. Despite all of the challenges we encountered (many of which were completely unexpected and out of our control), Rob knew how to keep all parties in check and move things forward. He is THE reason we were able to close on our house. If you cant tell already, we highly recommend choosing Rob and Tania if you're in the market. Not only have we found agents to use for future purchases, but we've also developed a great friendship.

You will not find better real estate professionals than Robert and Tania! They are amazing! They were so patient with us when we were looking for just the right home. It was a difficult task with us because we were moving back to Anaheim Hills after living in Eastvale for six years. All the homes out there are ten years old or less and we had a challenging time facing the fact that most of the homes out here were built in the 60s and 70s. Every time a new house popped up that we thought we would like, we would contact them and they would meet us there within a day. Nothing seemed to say, "I'm your new home!" Finally, I relented and caved in to my husband's pressure to check out a house that backs up to a shopping center that had been on the market for six months. As usual, Robert and/or Tania met us at the house (for the 20th time) and after about five minutes, my husband and I both knew this was the one. Never, ever did my husband and I ever feel pressured to buy anything or made to feel bad about not being able to choose a house. Also, we would text them with questions and usually within minutes, one of them would respond. As well, Robert is very knowledgeable about all sorts of home improvement stuff and could tell us if a flipped house was done well or not. They are both very relaxed, down to earth people that we meshed with extremely well from our very first meeting. Plus, Tania is Australian and it is fun to listen to her talk. Robert is an excellent real estate agent!!! He was always very responsive, and he worked very diligently to find the perfect tenants for our Laguna Niguel rental home. He is very professional and I am so thrilled he was highly recommend to me from another agent I trust and adore. Robert is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I was a first time seller, and I only wish he was my buying agent 2 years ago. It was the smoothest, easiest transaction ever. I was expecting the selling process to be difficult, and it was the complete antithesis of that!
