Robert Ratliff

Robert Ratliff stuck with me for 3yrs. At the time I was buying my house it was a seller market. We put old so many contract on houses and got out bided. He was by my side in every step of the way in the rain, snow and cold winds. Robert picked me up from home and work to look at houses. He was there when I cried when thing was going the way we want and the house fell through. He was there when I call 1or 2 in morning with house to look at. He would set the viewing for the next day or in that week. Robert was right on the money. When we found my house 3510 Robert walked me thru what was going to happen. When we were at the table there was a problem the seller did not clean the house and was going to leave some of there thing. I got ready to leave the dead on the table. I want them to give me something for off or pay me something for moving and cleaning there things. I walked out he flowed me he did not care about the money he was going to lose. Robert care about me and I appreciated that. The seller's agent came down to the lobby and got us and told us that they would give up the money to move and clean their things. I can respect and agent that goes all out. When I buy my next house I will use him again. Robert Ratliff was and excellent agent you can give him 5 stars.
