Rosalinda Hernandez

I have known Rosalinda and her staff for about 17 years, she helped me with my 1st home purchase in 1996 and recently she helped my husband and I with our home we live in now and she was great very helpful. She was great then and still is, her office is very professional and prompt with any additional information I needed and or any questions we had. I would and will refer her to my friends and family. And to whom ever takes the time to read this I refer her to you. She will go out of her way to make sure you understand the process, as well as her assistant Sandy. And of course they speak Spanish which is extremely helpful.

My husband Danny and I wanted to purchase our first home together. We wanted to live in the San Juan area. We called Rosalinda because she was known for San Juan area. We sat down with her and told her our budget, how much we had to put down and we did not want to see anything that was not in our price range. She was unbelievable. She took us to three places and we made an offer on a house that day. Less than 2 hours spent. She negotiated the price and had seller pay some closing cost. 5 years later we wanted to move to Mission Viejo, We had remodeled the San Juan home. She says I want you to find something before I put your house up on the market. Again we had our price range. She took us out one day for a couple hours then gave us a list of homes. We drove through neighborhoods and told her that there were 2 homes we would like to see. We made an offer with contingency that our home would sell and they accepted the offer and our house sold within 10 days. We have known Rosalinda since 1996-purchase 1996-sold and purchased in 2001. A close friend wanted to purchase a condo and was getting the run around with his realtor so I told him about Rosalinda and she did a great job for him and the experience was great and he was very grateful.
