Ryan was instrumental in helping us buy our home. He worked very hard to have our backup offer accepted and it turned out that the offer that was accepted did not go through. I worked with Ryan for a few months to help me find and purchase my ideal first home. I was looking in the region from Sunnyvale to San Mateo. Ryan was patient with me and my requirements, and when it came time to make an offer he was professional and quick. I especially appreciated his setup for e-filling to minimize the things I had to print and sign every time we submitted an offer.In my price range in these neighborhoods, there were many times when we were outbid because of my budget limitations, so I went through the offer process a few times and Ryan was always patient and never appeared to be frustrated with working within my limitations.When it came to negotiating, Ryan did not try to pressure me to offer above my limit or stretch beyond my comfort zone. On the house I ended up purchasing, Ryan was actually telling me I should offer less than I was going to and it resulted in saving me a bit of money and me still getting the property.Hopefully I don't need to move again soon, but if I do, I will give Ryan a call.

We have two words to describe Ryan: amazingly awesome!!! From start to finish he made sure everything was in order and kept us up to date on everything. Ryan went above all expectation we had in selling our home. He covered every detail with professionalism and helped us make great decisions along the way. Ryan is one of the best agent I have ever worked with. He is very professional and experienced in the area. I was eager to bid a house and wanted to give an offer quickly without my husband viewing it. Instead of rushing us to write an offer, Ryan explained to me the importance of viewing the house. Ryan was also very proactive in getting us all the information about the house. He insisted its important to sit down and write the offer together. He spends hours to explain to us all the disclosure information, contingency meaning, and he convinced us to put loan contingency at more realistic time frame. When found we might have loan issue, he quickly find us backup loan agent. Because of his due diligence, our offer was well written and got accepted quickly. After our loan fall short on the deal, we were able to get our deposit back without any hassle. The buying experience with him makes me feel as if he was buying the property for himself. I first contacted Ryan through Zillow in 2012, after getting frustrated by few pushy realtors but then stopped looking. I again started looking in 2016 but because of my previous experience with him, I directly contacted him. I put the offer with no contingency on the property which got accepted but I had to withdraw it for some reason after I paid 3% deposit. Mostly in such cases you dont get 3% back but just because of his efforts I could get 10K back. Finally, at third attempt, I could be a homeowner and most of credit goes to him. I was competing against 18 offers and mine was second. As I had better contingencies I got the counter and considering his suggestion, I put the offer which got immediately accepted.Normally, if you dont put offer after visiting couple of houses, realtors loose interest but Ryan has a patience to show you properties till you really it. He is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He is very responsive to his emails and messages. All documents are always in order and on time. Once I sent him my bank statements to send with the offer without blanking out my account information but I need not had to worry. He did it for me. I think, he took more stress then me through out the process to make it easy for me :).He will with you through out the process even after you move in to help you with any questions or problems. I couldn't have done this without him.

Ryan is very knowledgeable, he could write a book with everything he know about real estate, laws and regulations. He is very patient and truly helped us find the right place for us within our budget, he fought for us and was there for every step of the way. I highly recommend him.
