Moving to South Orange County can be intimidating when you are not from here! Where to buy, what are the prices ranges, what areas are good for children, etc can create a daunting task. "We have purchased and sold a home with Sandra. She was outstanding in both transactions despite the fact that one of the transactions was difficult in nature due to the other party. During our selling experience, Sandra was very professional, coordinated, and patient in the preparation of the house. Once our home was for sale, she was active and responsive with us and other interested agents. I truly felt as though Sandra had a solid grasp of the home's value and set the right expectations.
