We listed our home with Sandy Rabahieh of Surterre Properties and we couldn't have been more pleased! She also showed incredible integrity which I find to be a big plus, as some realtors seem to lack this based on my experience selling previous homes. Our house sold the second day after it was listed, and I credit Sandy with making that possible. She was present for all showings so that she could highlight special features of the house and surrounding areas that others might not know or notice, and was there to address any questions. Between showings, she would ensure all doors were locked and lights turned off; being conscientious and considerate of the homeowner's security, desires, and privacy. Joseph and feeds the homeless at the Mission San Juan Capistrano Serra Pantry that supplies over 1,200 families with food every month. She will do anything to help anyone in need, she is an amazing women. She is an achiever. Learned the wholesale/retail jewelry business and diamond importing business. Learned how to help her husband when he became a Commodities Exchange Broker.
