Scott had amazingly creative ideas for selling our house. We felt like he gave us individualized attention and thought into how to market our house to make it stand out above the rest. The photos taken made the house glow, and the video by the fire pit was perfect for highlighting that feature. We appreciated the well worded description and the flyers showing the distances to local shopping and attractions. But most of all, we just really liked working with him and getting his feedback and advice. He helped us negotiate a great price too! He couldn't have been more pleased! Thanks, Scott! He was great. I have done a few for sale by owner but decided to use Scott because we had a home to sell and also buy and just thought to much to deal with. He let us net out more than I would have sold our home for and found a great buy on a replacement home. His knowledge of the market was right on and didn’t show us anything that didn’t meet our criteria. I have referred Scott to others and all have been very satisfied, I just can’t say enough good about a true professional.
