I can personally testify that Shawn is a wonderful realtor, either to help you find your new home or to sell it. In July I became a first time homeowner and the entire process was smooth and stress free. Unfortunately, due to life circumstances, just a couple months later I ended up relocating for work and had to sell my barely broken in home. No need to worry, once again Shawn worked miracles and within a short time my condo was sold and I had managed to break even.
