Interviewed to list my house for sale. The comps she used were a year old in some cases and far from the neighborhood. Got the distinct impression she was attempting to underprice for a quick sale. When I questioned the validity of the comps she got very nasty and walked out. Very unprofessional. Beware of her pricing methodology.
