Sherry Holman

Sherry joined United Country Legacy Properties on April 1, 2017 as a Broker Associate. She moved to Chaffee County with her husband Frank Holman when he retired from CDOT after 32 years to operate the Holman Family Ranch in 2002. Frank grew up in the Poncha Springs area, where his family has been active int he community for 5 generations. Frank and Sherry's love of Chaffee County and country lifestyle made this a natural choice for them. Previously, for 15 years, Sherry worked as a Vice President of Mortgage Lending Pinnacle Bancorp, Vectra Bank and Community Banks of Colorado at several of their locations in Craig, Ft. Lupton, Windsor, Alamosa, La Jara and Salida. At several of the bank locations she established a secondary mortgage departent where she managed a full-service mortgage operation as well as underwriting the mortgage loans as a designated underwriter for FHA, VA and ...
