Thank goodness for Sherry Spinelli! With her staging and marketing, my condo sold in five days!!! A record for my building!! I wouldn't make a move to or from the Northern VA area now without the benefit of Sherry. She came highly recommended to me by my realtor in NC where I relocated too. I'm very fortunate to have gone through this process. Her pricing strategy led to my receiving a higher price for my home than I even considered listing the property for. Not only she helped us find our dream-house, but she helped us in any way she could with the patience of a saint, and there were many occasions every single day: Adjusting to the numerous constraints we had (agendas, very little time to visit houses, kids to keep busy during house-hunting...), negotiating the purchase agreement, negotiating any issue related to the house, recommending and providing the details of trusted service providers, etc. the list is endless. Sherry has an extensive view of her role and that is what makes all the difference. The date of the closing is not the last day you will see her! She won't let you go until she is reinsured that there isn't any issue related to the installation in the new house left. And once you will have settled-in for good, you're the one who won't let her go, since she played such a wonderful part in your new well-being!
