Steve Brown

While up from Texas on a ten-day house hunting trip we immediately encountered sticker shock and knew it was the worst time of our married lives! We ran across Steve on about day three. He tried to keep us from panicking, and he showed us many homes. We found a cozy home, wrote a contract, and performed a home inspection in about six days! Steve was a key individual in helping us find our home. We went through a drastic change for our previous residence was on the second tee box of a golf course at about half the price. At the time a housing shortage existed in the Washington D.C. area and homes were being bought up in about a day. Throughout the ordeal Steve presented himself as a very straight forward, courteous individual with impeccable integrity. We would readily recommend Steve to anyone procuring property.
