Being a first time homebuyer we wanted to make sure we were working with someone who knew what they were doing, but more importantly, made us feel comfortable and that my needs were being met. After numerous phone interviews with other realtors, Steve was a breath of fresh air. Whereas the other realtors would talk over me and never answer my questions, Steve took the time to answer all of my questions and explained in great detail what he thought would be best and why. After a long (but felt quick) 45 minute introductory call, I knew Steve was our guy. Steve wasted no time at showing us the best ways to find properties we wished to see and scheduling appointments for showings. He was very patient with us as we scheduled numerous marathons showings due to my GF and I having limited time together to meet. Always with a smile, Steve would show us the places we wished to see and wait patiently while we discussed the pros and cons. After almost a dozen showings, we found the perfect place for our family to call home! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us with our first home purchase as Steve was very knowledgable, professional, and extremely patient.
