My back ground is very unique, like the Frank Sinata Song, THAT's LIFE, I have been a pauper, pirate, poet, prince, pawn and a king. In my life so far have been a boxboy, day laborer, painter, realtor, driver, retail clerk, beer salesman, store manager, high school teacher, baseball coach, customer service rep, software engineer, marketing manager, software sales executive, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Vice President and President of software companies, and now a Realtor and Real Estate Investor again. In the real estate world, I have pretty broad experience as compared to most residental realtors, including building homes, buying commerical properties, investing in land, as well as the usual helping clients buy or sell their homes. From my experiences, I have developed a whole set of business models that helps in making the right decisions with regards to both buying and selling real estate. To sum up my business philosphy, I always put my clients interest first.
