- Subba and I connected, but did no business
Responded to a Zillow listing for a single family home rental. Received a very curt email from Mr. Kolla indicating my "INCOME will not fit." The income information Mr. Kolla had on hand was off by a few zeros. I responded to him immediately. No response. Very brusque and poor service on his part.
- Subba listed and sold my home
I approached Mr.Kolla for assistance in selling my house. He has a lot of experience dealing with the Virginia market. The process was much easier and simpler with Subba as my realtor.
