Tina is an amazing realtor! We just recently purchased our first home with her. We were nervous about the process but she quickly put us at ease with her professionalism and her ability to answer every question that we had. She was also able to match us with properties that fit our preferences such as a great school district, highway accessibility, local amenities, and public transportation. As a military family with a special needs child relocating to another state and meeting all those requirements, that we found thought were important to us can be very tough. However, despite everything we needed she found exactly what we were looking for and made the process quite pleasant and less stressful. She made herself readily available at all times and if she did not know an answer to the question she would get it for us usually within the same day. When we arrived at closing she was there by our side and she negotiated a great deal for us and we left the table feeling great about our purchase with no regrets!! We definitely recommend her to anyone because not only is she nice and very pleasant to work with she is also incredibly knowledgable on loans and their specifications and the towns that she works

My experience as a first time home buyer with Tina was phenomenal to say the least. Starting the process, I had heard so much about the crucialness of selecting a real estate agent and the task seemed a bit daunting. I found Tina at an open house and could tell instantly that we would work well together. The most important aspect for me was trust, and Tina never broke that at any point during the process. Every single question I had, Tina took the time to answer. She wasn't impatient, and she treated me like a human being and not a paycheck. She helped me formulate a game plan and to execute it flawlessly. If I didn't have a contact for a service (moving, appraisal, title company, mortgage lenders, plumbers, door smiths, etc.) she would immediately send me a few recommendations (and they were all phenomenal as well). In short, the process of buying a home looked like it would be a scary. But a lot of that fear for me dissipated because of how confident I was with Tina on my side. I look forward to my next home buying endeavors in the future. Tina will be the first person I reach out to when that happens

Tina was always a step ahead of any question I had, and handled issues smoothly and very professionally. She helped me avoid some common pitfalls and could easily explain the contents of the buyer's and seller's agreements. She is very easy to work with, is very responsive, and has great communications skills.I purchased the first property she showed me, and was able to get an offer on my original residence within 10 days of the listing date. In addition, I got a great price!I highly recommend her as agent.
