WOW stay away from homes that this guy flips. Cuts corners makes house look nice on outside but does not complete work on inside. Did no make good on repairing what they left undone. Do not do business with him. Has absolutely no shame. What a scammer!!!!

Responding to Ana's review. It's unfortunate that you feel that way. I have personally worked with Tino and his team and for many years and my experiences have always been amazing. I know all about your transaction on at 1672 Evergreen SD 92154 and I know that the seller extended your escrow several times to accommodate the sale of your house on Telegraph Rd. Costing $1,000's of dollars they didn't want to or need to spend. At the end of the almost 2 month extension, they accommodated your vast request for repairs list prior to escrow closing, in which you had a professional home inspector help you with that list. They also paid for your home warranty protection plan, which covers anything your inspector missed. It's so sad that the world we live in today people have a false sense of entitlement and are ready to become unreasonable, even hostile over things that are just part of life. You can't hold people's reputations hostage because you have a false sense of entitlement.

Warning - DO NOT work with Tino Murguia OR Rock Reality. They are both scams! My husband and I were trying to buy a house from Tino (he and Rock Reality were the listing agents) and it was a nightmare! We had to cancel the contract and are now in mediation with them as they will not release our escrow money. We were under contract to buy a home from them, and recently fell out. We would like to warn people about the experience we had with the sellers. At the end of October we were on schedule to close with a Nov 15 closing date. We found that in our inspections the house needed $25k worth of structural repairs and we sent our request for repairs to the seller. After multiple requests for them to perform, phone calls and emails from our agent, we finally had to cancel our offer on 11/18 (3 days after the date we were schedule to close) since the sellers literally would not respond to us. After canceling our contract, the sellers finally responded with messages ranging from angry to pleading begging us to reconsider. They were incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, they paid no regard to contract deadlines or requests for details- we asked multiple times for them to disclose their un-permitted work, to provide a new closing date and for a preliminary title report, all of which we never received. We are now going through the mediation process to get our earnest money back as they refuse to sign our release of funds. This is the 3rd time this home has fallen out of contract and I am not surprised. We feel strongly about wanting to warn people about trying to buy from Tino and Rock Reality as they wasted our time and money ($2,000 in inspections and appraisal) by pretending like they wanted to sell us a home that their actions proved they don't want to actually sell.
