Tom and team did an excellent job in selling this house. They were able to find an out of town buyer so that I could rent the house back until I could find a new home to purchase.
- J MelansonWe could not have sold this home with out Tom. First of all Tom helped me buy this home in 2006 at the height of the home prices. His advice was sincere and honest and he guided me to exactly the perfect house. I was preapproved for more monoey and if he and his team had not been so honest, I would have been underwater. But Tom and Matt Young were awesome and I bought the perfect house at the right time. In 2012 I hd to retire and we sold the house with Tom and purchased another in Riverside County, again with Toms leadership. I truly will not enter into any real estate deal with out his counsel. He is honest, and his advice is right on point.

The process could have been extremely difficult, but they made it a lot easier. They worked very hard in showing the home to hundreds of potential buyers. They even helped find a repairman to make some improvements that helped sell the house. They are truly are a determined and experienced team.

They were able to make a seamless transfer from short sale to traditional sale in the middle of the entire process.
