Our experience with Valerie has been very poor. We rented a condo that she represents in MB. We were not able to carefully view the expensive furnished condo prior to move in. We found many items not working and in poor condition. Items were sometimes hastily repaired, many times not. The sliders didn't lock so they suggested a broom handle. Ice maker didn't work, the stove top only two burners worked. The washing machine put strange orange strips on my cloths and Valerie said all washing machines do that. The vinyl couch had tears and rips in it. The worst part, 3 weeks after moveout, the owner through Valerie held back $5400 of our deposit. The most expensive item is the total replacement and delivery by crane of a new couch that was old and torn to begin with. They are also claiming it is leather. The pictures show an old couch. Valerie claims to be helpful but is not. I would not recommend her. We will see the owners in court.
