Mr. Viktar Kutsevich is the best real estate agent I have ever experienced. He convinced me and sold my house in 3 days. More importantly, we received 3 offers! Our home selling story begins June of last year. We accidently found, purchased, and moved to the new house without selling or even put our old house on the market. We moved out of old house on July and started to prepare to put it on the market early August.Instead of trying to find good real estate agent, we just went with the agent we used to purchase our new house. That was big mistake. He did not know neighborhood and was not motivated (?) enough. Our house did not get sold (did not receive reasonable offers). We decided to pull our house from market and maybe rent it out or maybe put it back on market spring time. That is when I met Mr. Viktar. He convinced me that our house will be sold "within a week and he wanted only one month listing contract. Wow, our house did not last a week and it was sold in 3 days with 3 offers. Even my neighbors noticed. They told me our house was looked by people around clock during 3 days. When I look back now, the difference is Mr. Viktar. He brought all these people (potential buyers) and he knew exactly which audience to target for marketing our old house and he really delivered his promise. I would recommend Mr. Viktar as the best real estate agent. I will be very comfortable to recommend Mr. Viktar to my family, friends, neighbors and anybody I know.

Viktar was recommended to me by one of my friends. I'm not a first-time home buyer and worked with few real estate agents in past, however Viktar is simply the best! I was blown away how easy it was working with him. I didn't have to think or worry about a single thing. He was on top of everything. Viktar is extremely responsive.
