Will was absolutely incredible to work with! My job requires me to work odd hours, including late days/nights, 5 days a week. We loved working with Will. This is our 7th house to sell, and Will was one of the most cooperative realtors we have ever had. He went above and beyond to help us; even when the first offer fell through, Will just kept on marketing our place and talking it up. In fact, it was through Will's sensitivity at a moment's notice that he told one of his realtor friends about our home. Initially they were not too enthused, but Will didn't stop. He was relentless; the realtor brought her clients, and the house was sold (in December which is not the most popular time to sell a house)! Will was instrumental in our home purchase. We were with him for initial conversations with the builder, but due to our living arrangements, we were overseas for the majority of the process. He provided valuable guidance throughout the process and helped keep tabs on the home's construction. Also, he's a guided missile if you give him a roll of blue tape on your home's inspection. He identified issues my wife and I wouldn't have noticed without his obsessive attention to the leveling of surfaces. If we decide to purchase another home in Northern Virginia, we'd definitely use Will again

Oh man I dont even know where to start. When I got tired of renting and wanted to buy a Home I looked on Zillow and came across Will.
