Zack Heene

I didn't know what to expect when I reached out to Zack Heene to sell my condo. I knew he'd already sold two units in my complex well above listing price, so I was willing to give him a chance to work the same magic on my place. Best decision ever! I was blown away by the level of effort he put into listing, marketing and selling my place. He even helped me install new curtain rods! Zack delivered and the entire process (which I'd dreaded for months) was so smooth. My experience with him on the sale made him a shoo-in to be my buying agent. Second best decision ever! I recalled the exhausting and tedious effort involved in buying my first place. I was expecting a similar experience, but Zack again made the process too easy. I kept waiting for the bad news, the big BUT. It never came. He did his homework and kept me informed of any new properties that matched my criteria. Thankfully he suggested I look in another area because that's where I found my new home. It's unfortunate I can't buy and sale homes all the time because I truly appreciate Zack's knowledge, experience, patience, honesty and hilarious stories. I say, "Zack Heene & Chill"!

Zack is amazing! Our home was on the market for 7 or 8 days and sold for well over asking. We weren't asked to waste money on staging or photos. Zack experience resulted in great use of our own belongings to stage our home and the photos he personally took were fantastic. Zack was also very excellent with the management of the stress during the closing process. I would strongly recommend anyone in the area who does not have a realtor to give Zack a call. We couldn't be happier with our outcome.

Zack helped my husband and I buy our first home. We were fairly naive starting out on the whole process but Zack took his time to explain every detail and walk us through each decision. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area we wanted to buy in and helped guide us to find the best neighborhood for our wants and price point. Although we were probably on the lower end of budgets for clients in the East Bay, he never made us feel like we weren't his number one priority. He was easy to get in contact with and took me to every house I wanted to see. He moved quickly to secure deals, often times writing and delivering offers within hours of us deciding we liked a house (which was very important in the competitive market we were buying in). Although we were out bid a few times, Zack did not give up on us and reassured me many times that he would stick through the process with us and help us get a home. Most importantly to me, Zack was always professional, friendly, and honest. I do not believe we would have gotten the home we did if it wasn't for Zack. I highly recommend Zack and if we move again I will definitely be using him.
