Ace is on to something. She is doing an exceptional job and creating quite a buzz about her company in Santa Cruz. I was referred to her through a friend who told me that she was the one that would actually go knocking in the neighborhood that I was looking to buy in I never thought that I would find an agent that I absolutely loved, but wow did I find her! Ace is a gem. From the minute I spoke with her on the phone, I knew that the home buying process would be fun. I also felt very secure with the wealth of knowledge that she had regarding the real estate process and the Santa Cruz community. We were preparing to remodel a rental house when I received a cold call from Ace that she had an interested buyer. Ace wanted to hold an open house right away and no one was available to clean up a big mess left by previous tenants, so she donned overalls and cleaned it up herself! She recommended we include a 10-day escrow in our offer, which was successful. There are a lot of pieces to put together with a sale , a 1031 exchange, and a near immediate purchase with a short escrow, but she never blinked and it all went off without a hitch. Her use of "Docusign" to sign the myriad of documents online saved many hours of driving. We're working with her on an unrelated project and I highly recommend her team!
