Alex Saveedra is the only realtor in SD I trust. When the ad says top 1% of San Diego, in my opinion, hes being modest. Not only did he help my wife and I buy our house, but he also helped me navigate the VA loan process and obtain financing. The best part about Alex is that he will never lead you to a house to get his commission and split; hes in it for the long haul and seriously cares about his clients needs. I will also note that he is highly responsive and will never leave you hanging. If youre looking for a realtor that doesnt mess around, Alex is your guy! I want to start off by saying that I've realized over time that I'm a hard person to impress and feel that many people/businesses that have close to five stars rarely hit that mark for me. However, in the modern world I understand a 4-5 stars rating is mostly considered to standard for acceptable work even though I personally feel like a 5 should be reserved for exceptional work. I've heard that some realtors prefer clients that are looking on the upper end of home prices, but he was happy to help me both purchase and sell my starter home (which was a short sell at the time of my purchase). Since then, he's always kept in contact and his referrals for other home-related projects have been stellar.I think what makes Alex stand out is the attention to small details that many other businesses seem to miss. For example, I'm often busy and hate getting random phone calls that start a game of phone tag. He has always set an expected time for us to talk either through text or email so that I'm ready beforehand. Other peoples will just randomly call and leave a voicemail asking to call them back and not even answer their phone 2 minutes after they leave their voicemail.
