I started my professional career in the Solar Industry in 1981-1985 as a Sales Manager before "Going Green" went mainstream. In 1986, I found my true calling "Selling Real Estate, Santa Cruz Style". I started my Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker Keith Jackson & Associates and was the Top Producer for that firm from 1986-1995. From 1995-2005 I worked at one of the leading independent brokerages in Santa Cruz County, Bailey Properties. During that period I won numerous sales awards and obtained my CCIM ( Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. The CCIM designation is the equivalent of a PhD in Real Estate and is obtained by less than 1% of all Realtors nationwide. My involvement in the CCIM organization gives me a clear competitive advantage and my clients reap the benefits.
