Brandon Green is co-founder and Managing Partner of KW Capital Properties, a real estate brokerage with over $1.5 billion in 2015 sales volume, and 800+ associate agents across six offices in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. He is also a member of the Menkiti Group’s Executive Leadership Team. Brandon co-founded Keller Williams Capital Properties in 2006 with Bo Menkiti, Carlos Garcia, Joel Nelson, and Jason Martin. Brandon also leads MG Residential, a nationally ranked sales team under Keller Williams Capital Properties that serves buyers and sellers throughout the DC Metro Area.
In 2015, Brandon was selected to serve as a member of Keller Williams’ Master Faculty and elected to the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) Board of Directors.
Prior to becoming the Managing Partner of Capital Properties, Brandon ran the brokerage’s Washington, DC office. Under his leadership, the office seized the No. 1 slot in office unit market share in Washington, DC, and has been widely praised for its productivity and unique culture.
