If you need a Real Estate agent -- look no further! Chris helped me buy a short sale in Corona that I never ever would have been able to obtain without his help. The home I fell in love with had multiple offers, most of which were either all cash, buyers with higher FICOs (again -- with more cash down) and one or two offered a higher purchase price. Chris is an absolute powerhouse of efficiency and service. I found him through my mortgage officer, and had probably consulted with 28-30 realtors in a 2 year period. His instructions were clear, his attention to detail was impeccable and his service level incomparable. Recently Chris handles the sale of my home of nearly 15 years. It was quite simply the very best real-estate experience I've ever had.
