- Chris helped me buy a home
Chris is by far the laziest realtor I have ever met. As the property manger his turnaround time on projects were two months or more. When we moved in the house was a mess l, the yard had not been mowed and there was a leak. The leak took 3 months to repair. When we had the rain storms the roof fell through and was still not fixed when we moved out 3 months later. I have never met a lazier human being. Do not use grassroots. Go anywhere else.
