I rented an apt in pinole that had mole codes violated hired inspector wrote report documented letter with letterhead refused 2 make repairs would not give back security deposit would not complete inspection. Inspector wrote there was sewage from outside kitchen window into my kitchen sink patio door would not lock he refused 2 replace latch that would lock the door. I also have documentation that there was a gas leak and pge turned off my pge for one month, I had no hot water for a month. I had to hire plumbers 3 times because the toilets got stopped up. I had to endure mice and he said no mice were there. I caught at least 5 mice while I was there. I had kidney failure and cancer (multiple myealoma) anemic red blood cells white blood cells not normal and there was black mold in the unit and my illness was caused by block mold. I have docs from my doctor where I was hospitalized for one weak. This property is located at 2950 estates ave #5 pinole ca 94564. This is the worst landlord that I have had since rented units in the last 30 years. He is a SLUMLORD.All if my statements are true and backed with documentation and complete reports from indpectorsshutoff notices from pge from my doctors. Thanks Nicole Y. Creswell.
