Recently my wife and I listed/sold our house because my job relocated us out of state. Elizabeth was a very professional and attentive agent. She provided realistic comps for our area which lead to an accurate listing price. She provided great advice on how to prepare our house for showing. The end result was our house having multiple offers within the first week. Elizabeth showed stellar negotiation skills when proposing a counter offer to prospective buyers. Ultimately, our house was under contract after one week of listing. She was available when we had questions and thoroughly explained the closing process so that we knew what to expect. Because we were not in the local area, Elizabeth made all the necessary preparations to ensure closing went through without a hitch. Elizabeth also attended the final walk through and closing on our behalf. We give the highest recommendation for Elizabeth as an agent.

We originally started working with Elizabeth to sell two of our homes, one in Virginia and one in Maryland. The market was not up enough for us to sell. She very quickly shifted gears for us to get both houses back on the market for rentals. As we are located across the country it was difficult to coordinate these efforts at a distance. Elizabeth made this so much easier as she was always available to us, as well as ensuring the houses were available to the contractors servicing the houses. She kept us informed at a minimum of once a week and every time there was any activity with either house. Both houses rented much sooner than expected and I think it was due to her aggressive advertising activities.

She made us feel like we had her undivided attention all the way through the process of selling our home. Now that our house is sold we will miss the day to day communication with her. I wish we had another home to sell with her.

Elizabeth was fantastic! We were moving across the country and needed to have our house sold quickly. We'd only bought the house two years ago and were just looking to break even on the sale, and Elizabeth set the price perfectly - we put the house up for sale on a Friday and it was under contract (above asking price!) by Sunday night. I was really impressed with her professionalism and sense of urgency with offers - she was working Sunday night while on vacation with her family to make sure we had our house under contract with the best possible terms. Working with Elizabeth was amazing! My husband and I worked with her to buy our new home. She made the process effortless. She walked us through every step of the way. She also set us up with a great lender as well. She was always able to be reached and answered all of my questions. She was informative, and knowledgeable of the process, and answered all of my questions in terms that I could understand. She was always available as I could message her after working hours, and she was sure to respond. She was quick, and on top of the job when I decided to put an offer in for my condo.
