At first we were not sure about Graham, but the more time we spent with him he made us feel like we were his #1 clients. Nothing was too much trouble, he was knowledgeable of all the areas we visited, and his skills at landing us the house of our dreams was unsurpassed. He is a wonderful, skilled and qualified agent. We would highly recommend him to anyone. He will listen to your needs and spend as much time with as you need. Our expectations of getting a good house were low, but Graham got us a great house and we are extremely happy.

We recieved a letter from graham in the mail and responded to it via the phone requesting comps in area, the amount of info he go to us so quickly made us decide to list house with him. We live out of the area so alot of the work the owner would do fell on him, and he handled it quickly. We sold the house in less than a week. he made the escrow period flawless and so easy for us, it was like we didnt even sell the house..I would recommend him 100% to anyone but exspecially if you are a out of town owner.

Graham represented my brother and me in selling a home we owned in San Luis Obispo; it was a very long, stressful, and complicated estate settlement. I was so impressed with all that he did to make the transaction run as smoothly as possible, and even get the home sold at an aggressive price!Issues arose with the title company regarding the deed to the house, and Graham worked hard to successfully resolve them. On top of that, our buyer was slow with obtaining financing which caused mounting stress, as my brothers new home purchase was happening simultaneously. The first time we met was when I was in town to check and do some landscaping. For three months, he was diligent in relaying info about a possible sale. When he checked the latest, he told me that there was a house that sold in the area that was about $50K from my target price, but he said that if I agreed, we could market the property for my target price since the house was in a move in condition and showed better than the sold property. It did not take long (about a month) that Graham brought in buyers who wanted a quick escrow, price is within what I could work with and not cross over the date that I had to pay another mortgage.
