Greg was excellent from the beginning. As first time home buyers, we were in over our head from the word go. But the first time we met Greg, he got to know us and what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. He made sure that we were ready to buy a house before we even started looking.Once the search began, he let us pick the houses we wanted to look at without steering us one way or the other. In the end, this was really helpful because it allowed us to discover what we were really looking for in a house. If we had seen a house that we thought was something we would be interested in, Greg would set up an appointment and we would go a take a look. But before he would make any comments of his own, he let us look at everything the house had to offer. Only after we had determined what we liked and disliked about the house, he would point out the things that we had missed. This proved to be enormously helpful. As first time home buyers, we only saw the mascara and not the serious concerns.After looking at 20 houses or so, Greg had helped us narrow down specifically what we were looking for. And after a months worth of weekends, we had finally found the house that would become our home. Even after the excitement of ending our search, Greg continued to be fantastic. He helped us with the bidding process and then the inspection. He was also very helpful with the closing process. At the end of the day, his knowledge of the entire home buying process proved to be instrumental.
