Excellent! We initially began working with Jack to find a lot to build on. While Jack did a thorough job showing us what was available, he also took the time to learn the various features most important to us in the home we hoped to build. He then also showed us homes already built which contained those features - and at a much lower cost in already established neighborhoods. In addition, Jack has been most helpful with home service referrals since we bought our home.
