Jay helped us to find our first home in La Costa. As first time homebuyers, we were in uncharted waters. Jay helped us navigate the unfamiliar territory, acting as our realtor, psychologist, teacher, cheerleader, and coach. He went above and beyond to help us achieve our home buying goal and was honest, friendly, and communicative throughout the whole process. Jay and his team were outstanding! We are long time home owners but, actually first time home sellers. All aspects were completely transparent and Jay and his team made it an educational process for us each step of the way. Through their extensive targeted marketing, they were able to generate a great amount of interest within the first week of the property being on the market. The first buyer did not perform, but Jay had maintained dialogue with back up buyers and quickly got back into escrow, and negotiated a higher price and better terms - better than we expected. I searched for recommendations for a realtor to help me find a condominium in San Diego. I was living in Florida and wanted to deal with someone that would take an active search role for my new home. Jay Becker came highly recommended and I found out that he is one of the best. He was able to complete the purchase for me while I stayed in Florida.
