When we decided to move back to the East Coast, we immediately contacted Team Boyd to sell our home. Once again, the whole team was amazing. We sold the house on day one well over asking price! Hands down the best realtors we have ever dealt with! We were planning a big move to Washington from Orange County and we found the perfect house in WA we knew we needed to sell our OC house STAT! I called up Kristin and Jeff after hearing so many people praise their hard work and told them our plan and we needed our house to sell like yesterday (haha) they came to our house that day and we got everything figured out. Within a week we put it on the market, had a beautiful open house, and got our offer. We closed escrow after 45 days! It all went flawlessly! My husband and I were just so so impressed with how smooth everything went. We still can't stop talking about them and their hard work. They will always have a special in our family's heart. Having them sell our home and help us with this huge move meant so much to us!

We were fortunate enough to find Kristin and Jeff (Team Boyd), who came highly recommended, online through my Mom's group on Facebook. We are very grateful that they helped us sell our home recently in South Orange County during the time of year that is proven to be slow with inventory being low all around. We used Team Boyd a second time to sell our rental property!Sadly our tenant did not leave the condo in good shape, and we had already moved out of town. Team Boyd helped us get the property ready to list and sell ASAP! They helped us find and schedule affordable people to complete all of the repairs, painting, and cleaning that needed to be done. I want to say a huge "Thank You" to Kristin and Jeff Boyd our Realtors from Southern California. We woke up to a beautiful arrangement of flowers on our front door step this morning.There are not enough words to describe how grateful Richard and I are to the Boyd's and their team of people. After going through hell and back with Coldwell Banker and our realtor Angela Kaufman. The Boyd's showed us how a true "experienced" professional ranked in the top 1% of Realtors do their job and do it extremely well.Jeff has went way beyond any other realtor we have ever had. His negotiation skills are remarkable. Not only did Jeff do all the negotiating on selling our home in South Orange County. But he also did the negotiating on the purchase of our home here in Foresthill, California. Though we had a realtor here in Northern California he was young and his lack of experience and negotiating skills showed desperately. He recommended we pay full price. I called Jeff immediately!!!!!!! As paying full price was not going to happen! Jeff didn't make a dime off the Foresthill home but yet still did all the negotiating and checked every document that went out on this house. And it was Jeff who in fact negotiated a lower price for us. It was not an easy task as realtors in this area do not like outsiders coming in. I have repeatedly asked our realtor here in Northern California about the one acre lot next to our property that we would like to purchase. But to no avail on getting him to move his booty to do anything. I asked Jeff once again if he could help. Without hesitation Jeff said of course he will get right on it.Richard and I can honestly say out of the 13 homes we have owned over the decades, the Boyd's have by far been the best realtors we have ever had. They are extremely ethical, honest and very professional, something lacking in the Real Estate industry as we learned from Coldwell Banker. I am a tough woman when it comes to selling a home and Jeff knew how to take my quirks and make them into a positive. No one was allowed in our home on Castle Rock unless it was model ready and Jeff worked with me on that. He made sure every appointment gave me enough time to prepare our house in the order I wanted it.Thank you doesn't seem enough. We are truly forever grateful and would use the Boyd's again. And I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. You will not be disappointed with the Boyd team. Richard and I feel honored to call them our friends now as well.
