Jeremy Browne is an angel and thats an understatement. Last year, I was devastated when my mother passed away. But I had no time to grief. I needed to focus on selling the condominium that had been her home for over 35 years. Jeremy assisted me in purchasing my first home in 2012. It was a short sale with tenants in Washington, DC. He arranged for the tenants to move to another home before the closing date. In addition, he was always available and patient during the lengthy short sale process and 203K loan renovation process, which were unpleasant administrative nightmares. Jeremy assisted me in purchasing my second home in my dream DC neighborhood in 2018. It was on the market for six hours, and then again for about one hour 30 days later.
