- Bobby G.Jordan and the Beal Real Estate Company helped enormously with my real estate transaction this Fall. I wanted to exchange my family home in La Jolla for a smaller house near the beach. Any resident of the beach communities of San Diego can testify just how difficult this is. The beach neighborhoods, and in this case the highly sought after Windansea area of La Jolla, require not just financial resources and savvy to acquire, they are 'hoarded'; beloved cottages that sell extremely quickly or never come on the market at all, but pass to friends and family. On the other hand, my own house, a large, 2-story dwelling tucked away in a canyon, had suffered several years of neglect as I traveled the world and thought about downsizing. Jordan, and his company, were the perfect choice to partner with in achieving my goal. Jordan was incredibly responsive and supportive as we wended our way through the process, which included the usual roller coaster of rejected offers, lovely buyers who turned out to be not qualified, previously unknown leaks and escrow companies that seemed not to want the right hand to even be acquainted with the left, let alone know what it was doing. The whole process ended up taking 5 months, even though I knew the cottage I wanted to buy before it went on the market. Through it all, Jordan was a complete gentleman (unlike one of his counterparts - the sellers agent). Details were taken care of quickly and accurately. He returned my anxious phone calls promptly and helped me with all my questions and issues. His good sense and advise based on experience were invaluable. I still don't know quite how we pulled off completing the sale of my house and buying a beach cottage in the span of 1 week, because Jordan made it seem easy. I would recommend him unreservedly for anyone with real estate needs.
