Thanks to Yelp, I was able to find Joseph a few years ago! My husband and I were moving out of San Diego to Ohio. As soon as we met Joseph we knew we were in good hands. When it came time to sell the house, Joseph handled the sale perfectly. We had virtually nothing to deal with on our end. He's absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend him

Joseph had sol my husbands condo a few years ago, so when it was time to buy our first home we knew we wanted Joseph as our Realtor. At first we just wanted to see what was out there and Joseph right away started sending us listings. After the first 2 weeks of looking Joseph had a good understanding of what we wanted. He made us feel totally comfortable and when we sent a few listings we wanted to see he quickly made appointments to get us in. By the third week Jospeh found our home! We put in an offer and 30 days later we got the keys. I highly recommend Jospeh if you are looking for someone who will get the job done right!

We recently purchased our first home in Oceanside. Mr. Arendsen made the process a wonderful experience. If we had any questions or concerns, he responded right away with answers or updates. He had a wide range of homes to view and made sure we viewed all options of what was available, where we wanted to live. We knew what we wanted and he delivered it. I'm from Oceanside and was very impressed with his knowledge of the schools, neighborhoods and local places. Our purchase was negotiated with everything we wanted and in a timely manner. My wife and I recently used Joseph's firm for our home purchase. Joseph was an Amazing real estate agent and my husband and I had a positive experience . We we're in a time crunch for our move in date he was able to meet the deadline. He's organized and is always on the ball . Also, he was able to share his background experience with flipping houses. I found this most valuable when walking through a house and getting ideas from him and possible costs of projects . This is the first of hopefully many homes we purchase in the area and we would utilize him again .

I found Joseph through Yelp, and despite his excellent rating, I watched him for months with an eagle eye for signs that he was at the end of his rope with my demands or giving less than 100% towards my home search/negotiations/escrow. Well, his dedication never flagged, and he remained professional even when we (ok, just my husband) got grouchy.Throughout, Joseph was honest about his knowledge of our targeted areas, never over-inflating his opinion, and his advice always came with the deference to our wishes (unless we were about to make a huge mistake!). He is familiar with some pretty diverse pockets of San Diego County, but really made it a point to understand our tastes and needs. He drove me to countless showings, always with an organized plan, and scoured the new listings for us though we did use his helpful on-line search site too. We were implementing a 1031 exchange, so he helped us with projected rental prices, and is following through with his offer to assist in finding renters and maintain the properties (he does some limited property management for his family's company).I think one of Joseph's best qualities is that he loves what he does. Things that appear as huge roadblocks to the client are enticing challenges for him. Buying or selling, I feel confident in recommending Joseph Arendsen as a person on whom you can rely.

We have just recently purchased a home in Oceanside, Ca.. Not really knowing the area for real estate, I went online to check properties out. I wanted to look at Oceanside down to Encinitas. The web page popped up coastal communities and realtors. Not knowing anyone in the area for help,I really wanted to find someone who was very familiar with the areas of interest for my family and myself.I wanted a safe and nice area to live and have my daughter grow up with nice school districts also.After putting some of my interests down on the web page , I received an email back from an individual realtor. His name was Joseph Arendsen. I had no ideal what this man could do for us or how long he had been in the realty business.I emailed him back and then went on line to look up his bio. I was pleasantly surprised that he is as knowledgeable has he came across, especially for someone moving to an unknown area of interest. He grew up in the Oceanside area and was very familiar with the nice and the not so pleasing areas of Oceanside. Which by the way, I must also say kudos to the city of Oceanside for stepping up to the plate and transforming Oceanside making this an inviting place to live. Which it was not even a thought over ten years ago for me.Back to Joseph. The man spent the time with me even after finding out I was not going to be an easy sale. I had a criteria that was not an easy one to fulfill. After a couple visits, Joseph and I signed an agreement and from that point, the hunt was on. after the first three to four homes we looked at Joseph had a good feel for what and where I would even consider looking at to live.After ten homes of interest, Joseph scored by taking us by this one place that he didn't even think would be our definitive pick.We met him there. My family and I right off the bat were pleased at what we saw so far. Joseph still insisted we look at a couple more. We went with him knowing we wanted what we just saw . Joseph would have come up with something over the top to top this one. Joseph got on the phone right away to call the selling agent to find the specifics on this property. I kept hounding him to please get in direct touch with the selling agent to see if we could put a bid in. He took us to see the others but my interest was still on the one property. Finally that day Joseph let us know he had made contact and that wheels for this property could be in motion. he kept in continuous contact with us and always explained the good with the possible not so good. He was truly making an effort to get us what we wanted.The MAN put in some serious efforts to pull the strings I was demanding for this deal. needless to say we are in our home of chose and ''Thanks to Joseph'' with the knowledge he has of the area and his constant contact and efforts and team of people he uses it was made possible!!!! My family and I thank you Joseph and we would refer you to our friends and family and anyone who might be thinking of buying in this area. ( I am still customizing the home so it is the way we want it inside and out but that is minimal.) = ))

I can't fit all I have to say about our experience working with Joseph on here, so I'll keep it short and simple. My Girlfriend and I had been wanting to buy a home for a while and we finally had that opportunity this month. He was absolutely the coolest and most professional agent I have ever talked to. My husband and I highly recommend Joseph, he is honest, and straight forward. He won't let you move into a place that is in a bad location. So thankful for that. Highly recommend Joseph & his group. We bought a home in Encinitas while we were still living in LA. This is the second house that Joseph has sold for us he sold an investment property and this was our personal property. Hes amazing hes on top of every detail and he goes the extra mile. He offers over and above what other real estate agents offer you feel like youre working with a family member his integrity is evident in all that he does. We had already moved to another state, and Joseph really went over and above, helping us get the place in order, getting it stage, and taking charge of the sale. He had several offers for us the day after the open house, and we could get over ask and get the house sold quickly, with absolutely no hitches in the escrow process (which is where things sometimes fall apart when youre selling or buying a house). Joseph really offers concierge service and makes you feel like you are his key priority always. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

When we met Joseph, we had just come out of two terrible experiences with other agents, with whom our experiences were extremely stressful and unsuccessful. Then we got lucky and found Joseph! What a gem! So warm, friendly, professional, efficient, and ever willing to meet and work to make it happen for us. He never slowed down, but was never pushy or aggressive. He took quiet control every time we needed it; with the seller, with financing, with anything and everything. Joseph is exceptional! Joseph was our buying agent, and the amount of time he spent with myself and husband to fully understand what exactly we were looking for in a property was beyond my expectations. He listened, and understood our needs and created an effortless home search.
