Completely unprofessional, aggressive and a true narcissist. I recently purchased a home that JR was representing the seller. We had an abnormal sale where the Home was being sold as is, including all furniture and items in the home per the listing photos that JR took and selected for use on the MLS. We noticed a surf board was missing during one walkthrough, a board that was in a photo JR decided to use to market and sell the home. When asked by my realtor about the photo JR hung up on him and showed up at the house where we were doing the walk through. He pulled up screaming into his phone at someone, he illegally parked in the cul de sac and when I ( a young petite female) asked him nicely and calmly about the board he was aggressive, verbally and physically in a way that he angrily took out his wallet and tried to give me cash on the spot for this missing surfboard. His body language was aggressive, his hands and leg shaking from anger, a response that doesn’t match the question that was asked. His behavior was so rude and aggressive my brother made a comment to him, in which he was dismissive and walked away ( true narcissist). The entire encounter ended with my feeling so wildly uncomfortable in my new home that I left in tears. I’ve been in medicine in New York City for over a decade and never been physically uncomfortable around a male the way he made me uncomfortable. When I left his attempt at an apology was “I’m sorry you’re this upset”. The man is a narcissist and wildly unprofessional. He was so unprofessional and aggressive I did not feel comfortable writing any reviews until the locks on my home were changed and my full home alarm was installed and properly working since he lives in the community.
