I highly recommend Julianne. She helped us a lot when we sold our house back in June while we were relocating. She went above and beyond as far as helping us coordinate last minute clean up and furniture storage.We recently purchased another home with Julianne's help. She kept us informed and updated during the process and absolutely love our new place!

We needed to sell our home in Lancaster Cal and move to a location that was safer and less densely occupied. Julianne completed both tasks and found us a very nice home in a great neighborhood to spend our retirement years.

Julianne is amazing! Both my partner and I are active duty military and this was our first home purchase. She's's very knowledgable and made a point to thoroughly explain and teach us throughout the process. My partner was also deployed for the last month of closing and I couldn't have done it without her! I felt supported and in good hands, despite my partners absence. Her team is amazing (thank you Michelle!) too, and very knowledgable about VA loans. With their help we were able to get the home we wanted (despite a bidding war), get our contingencies met (despite a difficult seller and selling agent) and close in less then 2 months! We couldn't have done it without Julianne's expertise, reassurance and timely replies (to our frantic evening and weekend emails and texts). Thank you so much Julianne and Michelle.
