This was my fianc and I's first home purchase, so we were totally uninformed about the entire process, and Jeff and Julie walked us through every step of the way. Everything I've heard about purchasing a home sounded so stressful, but they made it an exciting and fun process for us. We were both new to the area, but they knew the ins and outs of every neighborhood in South Orange County. I feel like we got a great understanding of the different cities and neighborhoods and were able to pinpoint the right place for us to purchase a home. In addition to being familiar with the neighborhoods, I could tell that they stayed very on top of what was on the market at the moment. From our feedback on open houses and conversations with them, I feel they truly understood what we were looking for in a home and helped us tailor our search until we found the perfect home. We were in direct contact with Julie almost constantly during our search, and she always responded almost immediately (and thoroughly). When we found our house, we let her know immediately, and she JUMPED on it. We visited during an Open House, and she even made the time to go to the house the same day to see it for herself. Within a day we were already beginning the process of putting in our offer. Overall, they made this process so fun and took the time to get to know us. Even after our home purchase, Julie checked in on us several times, even bringing gifts for our dog and offering to order us pizza during the move-in. My husband Ethan and I can't say enough amazing things about Jeff and Julie! They helped us to find our very first home and made the transaction so smooth and easy (during such a hot market and very stressful time). When we started looking to purchase a home in Ladera Ranch we first thought wed try it on our own. Easy enough, right? WARNING TO ALL SMART BUYERS OUT THERE: DONT MESS AROUND TRYING TO BUY A HOME ON YOUR OWN, ITS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. (I am telling you this from our personal experience). They both grew up in Southern Orange County, they live in Ladera Ranch and they had great reviews on Zillow, what more could we ask for. We met with them and LOVED THEM BOTH! I highly recommend Jeff and Julie Moran as real estate agents to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I contacted Jeff about a home I saw on Zillow in San Clemente. He was instantly familiar with the property and the area and provided me with detailed information about the home I had inquired about.
