We began working with Julie and made it clear that we were not in a hurry as this was to be a second home and we had a very specific set of criteria that had to be met. Julie listened to our needs and crafted her approach to align perfectly with our expectations. After nine months and consideration of a number of very special properties, we got a call while in Minnesota from Julie saying she had just previewed what she felt would be the perfect property for us but we had to move fast as it was due to hit the market in the next day with multiple offers in the works. After a quick internet tour, we worked with her to craft a rather unique offer that gave us flexibility but also would be the most desirable to the seller and submitted it very late on a Friday night. We flew out to OC the next morning, toured the property and realized to our delight that she had found a winner that fully met our needs and the deal was done. Throughout the process, Julie was the consummate real estate professional. She was patient (we had the luxury of being very picky), responsive, objective and always put our best interests first. My wife and I agree we couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience than we had with Julie and would highly recommend her to anyone considering real estate in Southern California.

Julie was amazing. I found her randomly on the internet when looking for our vacation condo near the beach. Julie responded immediately and took a genuine interest in the details of what I was looking for. She had a very precise knowledge of the Orange county area, specifically the properties with close proximity to the beach. After our second time meeting we had pinned down the area of my interest. She kept a close eye on the property and had me view the units within the first hour of their listings. She was so "in tune" with what I was looking for! Start to finish, she was professional, organized, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Within a few short months I had my dream vacation home. It could not have been easier.
