Julie Santo

Julie was born and raised in the Bay Area, is a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Moraga, and started dipping her toes in Real Estate towards the end of 1999. In 2000, Julie officially joined Coldwell Banker in Danville where she became “Rookie of the Year” then moved to the Walnut Creek office in 2002, and in June 2003 became the Assistant Manager. She stayed and loved Coldwell Banker for another few years when presented with a wonderful opportunity to join Empire Realty Associates in May of 2006. Julie and her team decided to join this dynamic company and were with Empire Realty Associates until May 2010. After years of planning and following her true passion, Julie finally opened her own company, with Dudum Real Estate Group, in May 2010, and has been soaring ever since. She is continuously attending new classes and seminars, to provide her agents with the tools they need to grow. Tapping into these real estate professionals, and watching them shine brings Julie so much joy.
