Absolutely phenomenal!

I cannot say enough good things about our decision to use Patti and Justin VanLeeuwen to sell our starter home and purchase a new one. My husband and I interviewed 3 other real estate agents and immediately after meeting with them, we knew they were the ones. She had many years of experience and she partnered with her son Justin who is familiar with the digital/online marketing side of real estate. Patti and Justin work as a team to get you top-dollar for your home. They held two open houses on our home and within 10 days we had an offer $100 over our asking price. Patti always stayed in touch and let us know what to expect in regard to negotiations, she set up the appraisal and inspection and was actually there at our house for both just in case there are issues. She answered all our questions in a quick manner and we always felt we were in good hands. Patti also took us around about 4 or 5 times to look at potential new homes over the course of about 5 weeks or so. We never felt pressured to make a decision or just buy any home. Patti knew our wish list and worked hard to find properties that fit the bill. Finally we found one and were ready to make an offer but thought we'd sleep on it. The next morning it was pending! Someone had beat us to it and the listing agent had said they weren't taking back-up offers. When it fell out of escrow a couple weeks later, Patti notified us right away and we made an offer! After some negotiations we got the house and Patti and Justin referred us to their mortgage broker who we ended up using and were happy with. Patti and Justin are very professional and caring at the same time. We have a toddler and Patti offered to sit in the car with him while he napped and my husband and I looked at the houses she had mapped out for us. She also happily gave him snacks when I ran out of the ones I'd packed for him and he was getting cranky. Lifesaver! If you are looking to buy or sell a home. Look no further. The VanLeeuwens are your team! Happy house-hunting!

They were always responsive. If they were unavailable immediately they would get back to us in a timely manner or they would work things out as a team and have the other respond. Their experience is also a time saver for clients with all the details that can take up a lot of time going into an unfamiliar neighborhood
