Kate is an amazing realtor who goes above and beyond her job to make you feel like you are her only client. She was beyond flexible with her schedule when meeting with us. She provided great advice on how to sell our condo and brought in multiple offers at or above our asking price within a week. She kept us updated on the process and of what we needed to do as sellers. The next steps were always clearly defined and she was there in guidance to support us when we had questions. She also looked out for us as sellers and buyers and negotiated some lower costs on our closing. Kate is the consummate real estate professional. She recently helped us sold and purchased a property in Northern Virginia. We were so hesitant to sell in the dead of winter but we had a contract just three days after the listing went live (with several competing offers). Kate was phenomenal in helping us sell our house and buy our current house. Her expertise in getting our townhouse ready to sell resulted in getting 4 offers in a matter of 48 hours. We ended up selling for more than our list price. The buying process was handled efficiently even through all the ups and downs that buying/selling inevitably brings. Kate is an amazing realtor. She is a consummate professional and made me feel at ease and completely taken care of. I totally trusted her and gave her total control when she and her contractor Jim flipped my condo for sale. They had impeccable taste and it was gorgeous! I almost wanted to move back in!
